Our Privacy Promise

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the educational program you enrolled in.

1. Overview

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy ('we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting the privacy of our students, parents, guardians, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever.

2. Information We Collect

Enrollment Information: When you enroll in a program, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and selected program and cohort details. For Teen Bootcamp enrollments, we also collect the parent or guardian's full name, email address, and phone number.

Contact Form Information: When you submit a message through our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Payment Information: Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits of your card.

Website Usage Data: We may collect non-personal analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and device type to improve our website. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities.

3. How We Use Your Information

Enrollment & Program Delivery: We use your contact information to confirm enrollment, send class access links, provide setup instructions, share your class schedule, and communicate important program updates.

Parent & Guardian Communication: For Teen Bootcamp students, we use parent/guardian contact information to send enrollment confirmations, emergency communications, and program updates.

Email Communications: We may send you program-related emails including welcome emails, class reminders, and follow-up messages after your program concludes. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Customer Support: We use your contact information to respond to inquiries, questions, and support requests.

We do not use your information for advertising profiling, behavioral targeting, or any purpose unrelated to providing educational services.

4. Payment Information & Security

All payment transactions are handled by Stripe, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe and never pass through or are stored on IntelliTalent AI Web Academy servers.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.

We retain payment records (transaction ID, amount, date) for accounting and legal compliance purposes only.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes.

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our programs, including our payment processor (Stripe), video conferencing platform (Zoom or Microsoft Teams), and email service provider. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide services on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of students or others.

6. Student & Minor Privacy

We are committed to the protection of children's privacy. The Teen Bootcamp is designed for students ages 16–18 with mandatory parent or guardian enrollment and consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

Parent and guardian information collected for Teen Bootcamp students is used only for program-related communications and is kept confidential.

All online class sessions involving minors are conducted in monitored, structured environments. Session recordings are accessible only to enrolled students and authorized program staff.

7. Data Retention

We retain enrollment records for a reasonable period to fulfill legal and accounting obligations. If you would like your personal information deleted after your program concludes, please contact us and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us via our Contact page.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. These are standard analytics cookies and do not contain personally identifiable information.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to access our program materials if you are enrolled.

9. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations); opt out of non-essential email communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information on our Contact page. We will respond to all legitimate requests within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of our website or participation in our programs following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
