13. AI Tools & Student Responsibility
IntelliTalent AI Web Academy teaches students how to use modern artificial intelligence tools — including ChatGPT and other AI technologies — for educational, creative, and web development purposes.
Students and parents/guardians acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, incomplete information, inappropriate results, or coding mistakes. Students are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and properly using any AI-generated content before publishing or submitting it.

Parents or guardians acknowledge that artificial intelligence technologies are evolving tools and that students are responsible for using these technologies appropriately, safely, ethically, and responsibly.
14. Third-Party Platforms
ChatGPT, GitHub, Stripe, Zoom, and other tools used during the program are independent third-party services. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy does not control third-party platform policies, outages, generated content, or platform behavior.
Third-party platforms maintain their own terms of service, privacy policies, and safety systems. Students and parents/guardians are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platforms used during the program.
IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for third-party platform outages, service interruptions, pricing changes, policy updates, or platform decisions that may affect student access or experience.

Students are encouraged to use AI tools responsibly and ethically throughout the academy and beyond. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy promotes a culture of responsible innovation.
When using AI tools, students should: verify AI-generated information before relying on it; avoid sharing sensitive personal information — such as full name, address, phone number, or financial details — with AI tools; avoid generating harmful, hateful, inappropriate, or offensive content using AI tools; and use AI ethically and in accordance with each platform's terms of service.
IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to address any misuse of AI tools that occurs within the academy environment.

Students should protect their passwords, avoid sharing login credentials, and follow basic security best practices for all accounts used during the academy. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for unauthorized account access, data loss, or security issues resulting from a student's own actions, account sharing, or failure to protect personal login credentials.
20. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
AI tools — including ChatGPT and other AI platforms used during the program — may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. AI-generated code, text, images, or recommendations should always be reviewed and verified before being used or published.
AI tools may occasionally generate unexpected, unintended, or inappropriate outputs. Students are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content carefully and taking responsibility for anything they publish, deploy, or submit.
21. External Links Disclaimer

24. Policy Update Rights
IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy and related academy policies, curriculum, schedules, pricing, competition rules, and program content at any time when necessary. Changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last updated' date on this page.
Continued use of our website or participation in our programs following any policy updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policies. We encourage students and parents/guardians to review our policies periodically.
25. Training Materials, Session Content & Content Privacy
ABOUT TRAINING MATERIALS: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy creates and delivers original educational content — including cohort guides, session recordings, training materials, coding prompts, project templates, curriculum resources, and program-specific materials — exclusively for enrolled students. This section explains how we handle privacy in relation to that content and what students are expected to do to protect each other's privacy within the learning community.
SESSION RECORDING PRIVACY: Live class sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled students for personal review and learning purposes. Session recordings may include student names, voices, and participation. Session recordings are accessible only to enrolled students and authorized academy staff. Recordings are not shared publicly or with third parties outside the program. Students may not re-record, re-upload, publicly share, or distribute session recordings outside the enrolled cohort. This protects the privacy of every student who participates in the class.
STUDENT WORK & CLASS INTERACTION PRIVACY: Students share ideas, projects, work-in-progress, questions, and personal creative efforts during class. Out of respect for each other's privacy and creative ownership, students should not: repost or publicly share screenshots or recordings of class interactions without the consent of those involved; share private student work, project feedback, or personal information discussed during class; distribute class chats, discussion summaries, or personal comments made by classmates; or share private cohort communications or group interaction content publicly. Respecting your classmates' privacy is part of being a thoughtful and considerate member of this learning community.
TRAINING MATERIALS & PERSONAL DATA: Academy training materials, cohort guides, and session content may reference student names, project examples, or participation highlights for educational purposes within the program. We will not publish personal student information — such as full name, contact information, or personal details — in publicly accessible materials without consent. If you believe personal information has been shared inappropriately, please contact us through our Contact page and we will address it promptly.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVACY: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy retains ownership of its training materials, curriculum, session recordings, lesson structures, prompts, templates, and other proprietary educational content. These materials are provided for enrolled students' personal educational use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of paid academy content is not permitted and constitutes a violation of both intellectual property rights and the privacy of the learning community. For full details on training materials and session content usage, please see Section 35 of our Terms & Conditions.
YOUR RIGHTS: If you have questions or concerns about how student information appears in academy materials, or if you would like to request the removal of personal information from any academy content, please contact us through our Contact page. We are committed to handling all privacy concerns promptly and respectfully.
26. Class Communications
PURPOSE OF COMMUNICATIONS: IntelliTalent Academy uses the contact information provided during enrollment to communicate with enrolled students and parents/guardians for educational and program-related purposes. By enrolling, students and parents/guardians consent to receiving class communications from IntelliTalent Academy and its instructors throughout the duration of the program.
TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS: Communications may include enrollment confirmations, welcome emails, class schedules, session links, Zoom meeting information, software setup instructions, class reminders, homework and project guidance, cohort announcements, technical instructions, curriculum updates, competition information, instructional materials, and other educational or class-related communications relevant to your enrollment.
RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR EMAIL: Students and parents/guardians are responsible for regularly monitoring the email address provided during enrollment. Important class information — including session links, schedule updates, assignment guidance, and instructional materials — is communicated via email. IntelliTalent Academy is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or failure to monitor the enrolled email account.
GROUP EMAILS & COHORT COMMUNICATIONS: The instructor and IntelliTalent Academy may send group emails or cohort-wide announcements to all enrolled students and/or parents/guardians. Group communications allow the academy to efficiently share important program information — including schedules, session reminders, homework instructions, and competition updates — with enrolled participants. Contact information is not publicly shared and is handled with care.
PRIVACY OF CONTACT INFORMATION: IntelliTalent Academy will not sell, rent, trade, or misuse personal contact information collected during enrollment. Your contact information is used exclusively for educational program delivery, enrollment confirmation, class communications, and academy-related notifications. We are committed to handling all student and parent contact information with professionalism, confidentiality, and respect.
OPT-OUT: Students and parents/guardians may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us through our Contact page. Essential program communications — such as session links, schedule updates, and instructional emails — are necessary for active program participation and cannot be fully disabled while a student remains enrolled.
