Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 business days) before your scheduled class start date to be eligible for any consideration.
- Submit your request by email from the address used during enrollment. Include your full name, program name, and reason.
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 48 hours before class start are not eligible for refund consideration.
- Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund — eligibility is reviewed based on timing and access status.
- We are always willing to discuss your situation. Please reach out early so we have the best opportunity to help.
No Refund Once Program Starts
Enrollment fees become non-refundable once access to the program, materials, or live sessions has started — regardless of attendance or continued participation.
- No refunds will be issued after your program or class access has begun.
- No refunds will be provided if a student decides they no longer wish to continue after enrollment or after classes begin.
- No refunds will be issued for partial program completion — the full enrollment fee remains non-refundable once access starts.
- If you are having difficulty, please contact us before your first session. An enrollment transfer may be possible.
Missed Class Policy
Missing a class session does not entitle a student to a refund or account credit. All sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students.
- Session recordings are made available to enrolled students within 24 hours of each class.
- Students who miss a class are responsible for reviewing the recording and completing any assigned work.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions, regardless of the reason.
- Because each live session is interactive and project-based, missed classes are non-refundable. Students may contact the instructor about joining a future cohort session when available.
- For planned absences, please notify your instructor in advance — we will do our best to support your continued progress.
Enrollment Transfers
Instead of a refund, an enrollment transfer to a future cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on class availability and timing.
- Transfers are not guaranteed — availability in future cohorts varies and cannot always be accommodated.
- Transfer requests should be submitted before your current cohort begins for the best chance of approval.
- Transfers after a cohort has started are generally not permitted unless due to extraordinary circumstances.
- Contact us to discuss your situation and check upcoming cohort availability.
Technical Issues (Student Side)
Technical difficulties on the student's end — including internet connectivity issues, hardware problems, or software setup errors — are not grounds for a refund.
- Students are responsible for maintaining a working internet connection and a compatible device for the duration of the program.
- Required tools are free and accessible on standard modern computers — setup assistance is provided during the first session.
- If you experience technical difficulties, contact us and we will do our best to help you resolve them.
- IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for outages or disruptions of third-party services such as GitHub or Zoom.
Schedule Modifications
IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, session dates, or program content when necessary. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.
- Schedule adjustments may occur due to holidays, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Students will be notified of any changes via the email used during enrollment.
- Minor scheduling adjustments do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
Cancellation by IntelliTalent AI Web Academy
In the rare event that IntelliTalent AI Web Academy must cancel a cohort, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost.
- We will notify students of any program cancellation or significant schedule change as early as possible.
- Full refunds for academy-initiated cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for any incidental costs (software subscriptions, device purchases, etc.) incurred in preparation for a cancelled cohort.
Recording Policy
To protect student privacy and academy content, audio recording, video recording, screen recording, redistribution, and unauthorized sharing of live sessions or course materials are not permitted without written permission.
- Audio recording, video recording, and screen recording of live sessions are strictly prohibited.
- Course materials, recordings, and session content may not be redistributed or shared outside the program.
- Unauthorized sharing of live sessions or any program content is a violation of these terms.
- Written permission from IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is required for any use or reproduction of session content.
Payments & Third-Party Processing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other trusted third-party payment processors. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy does not store sensitive payment card information on our servers.
- All payment transactions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe.
- IntelliTalent AI Web Academy does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or sensitive card details.
- Third-party payment providers maintain their own security systems, terms of service, and privacy policies.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to suspend access to program resources until the matter is resolved.
Student Conduct & Removal
IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to remove students who violate community guidelines, engage in disruptive behavior, or fail to meet conduct expectations.
- Students removed for conduct violations — including harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or repeated disruptive behavior — are not eligible for a refund.
- Plagiarism or copying another student's project may result in disqualification from the competition and, in serious cases, removal from the program.
- All conduct decisions are made at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.
- We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every student and instructor.
Training Materials & Program Access
Access to IntelliTalent AI Web Academy training materials, session recordings, cohort guides, and program resources is granted to enrolled students for personal educational use throughout the duration of their program.
- Training materials, cohort guides, session recordings, templates, and program resources are for enrolled students' personal educational use only.
- Access to program materials is tied to active enrollment status. Students who are removed for conduct or policy violations forfeit access to academy resources without refund.
- Academy training materials may not be redistributed, resold, publicly shared, or uploaded to third-party platforms. This applies even after program completion.
- Students are encouraged to take personal notes, practice skills, and build their own original projects using what they have learned — personal creative work is always welcome.
- Unauthorized redistribution of paid program content is a violation of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy's Terms & Conditions and Intellectual Property Policy. For full details, see Section 35 of the Terms & Conditions.
