Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. By participating in any IntelliTalent AI Web Academy program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any program offered by IntelliTalent AI Web Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are enrolling a minor (under age 18), you as the parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on their behalf.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and IntelliTalent AI Web Academy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our programs following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Student Guidelines, Website Content Policy & Acceptable Use

Students are expected to follow course instructions, session guidelines, and project requirements throughout the academy. Participation in IntelliTalent AI Web Academy programs includes the commitment to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate conduct during all live sessions, competitions, and when using academy-taught tools and technologies.

All websites and projects created within IntelliTalent AI Web Academy must be appropriate, educational, professional, creative, and respectful. Student projects should be designed for educational, creative portfolio, professional showcase, or innovation and learning purposes.

Students may not create, publish, submit, or showcase websites or content that includes any of the following: inappropriate or explicit content; pornography or adult content; violence or harmful material; hate speech; harassment or bullying; illegal activities; hacking tools or malicious software; scams, phishing, or fraudulent content; discriminatory or offensive material; dangerous or unsafe content; graphic or disturbing material; copyrighted content used without permission; harmful AI-generated content; inappropriate images, videos, or text; or malicious code. Any content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others is strictly prohibited.

Students are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or submitting any project. AI tools should be used ethically, responsibly, and appropriately throughout the academy. Students should avoid generating harmful, inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe content using any AI tools taught or recommended during the program.

During live sessions, all students are expected to communicate respectfully, use appropriate language, contribute positively to the learning environment, and support a collaborative and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or disrespectful conduct during live sessions is not permitted.

Competition projects should reflect creativity, effort, originality, and professionalism, and must remain appropriate for an educational environment. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to reject or disqualify projects that do not meet these standards.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to remove students, reject projects, revoke academy access, or disqualify competition entries for violations of community guidelines, inappropriate content, unsafe behavior, or misuse of academy tools and technologies. Violations may result in removal from the academy without refund.

Students may not publicly repost, redistribute, or share paid training materials, cohort guides, session recordings, or private class content outside the program. Academy training materials, guides, prompts, and resources are provided for enrolled students’ personal educational use only. For full details, see the Training Materials, Cohort Content & Session Usage Policy (Section 35).

3. Educational Purpose & No Guarantee

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy provides educational programming instruction designed to teach modern web development skills using AI-powered tools. All programs are strictly educational in nature.

This program is educational and does not guarantee employment, internships, freelance contracts, college admission, or any specific career outcome. Results may vary based on individual effort, prior background, and market conditions.

Certificates of completion, when issued, represent participation in our educational program and are not professional certifications or licensing credentials.

4. Online Class Participation

Classes are conducted live online via Zoom. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and remain engaged throughout each class.

All sessions are recorded and made available exclusively to enrolled students. Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or published outside the program without written permission from IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

Students who miss a class are responsible for reviewing session recordings and completing any assigned work before the next session. Excessive absences (more than 3 sessions) may result in removal from the cohort without a refund.

Camera use during class is optional and not required. Students are encouraged but never required to turn on their camera.

5. Code of Conduct & Student Participation Policy

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all students. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is dedicated to fostering a professional and supportive online classroom where every student — regardless of age, background, experience level, gender, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity — is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.

Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all online classes, communications, and interactions. This includes conduct during live sessions, class chat messages, and any other academy-related communications. Students should communicate respectfully with instructors and fellow students at all times.

Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or hateful behavior based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or background will not be tolerated. The following behavior is not permitted in any form during academy classes, communications, or interactions: racism; discrimination of any kind; harassment or bullying; hate speech; threatening or intimidating behavior; excessive cursing or offensive language; inappropriate comments or conduct directed at students or instructors; and disruptive behavior during online sessions that interferes with the learning experience of others.

All students are expected to: engage with classmates and instructors in a respectful and professional manner; communicate thoughtfully and constructively during class and in all written communications; contribute to a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment; respect different backgrounds, experience levels, and learning styles; and refrain from any conduct that could make another student or instructor feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, or unsafe.

Students engaging in inappropriate behavior, harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, threatening behavior, excessive cursing, disruptive conduct, or repeated violations of this Code of Conduct may be removed from the program without refund. The academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior negatively impacts the learning environment, student safety, or overall classroom experience. All such decisions are made at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

Students are also asked to respect the privacy of their classmates and the integrity of the learning community. Do not record live sessions, share screenshots of private class discussions, repost classmate work, or distribute private class interactions without the consent of those involved. A respectful community means protecting each other’s privacy as well as our own.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, instructional materials, videos, code templates, design assets, and resources provided by IntelliTalent AI Web Academy are proprietary and protected by copyright law. Students may use these materials solely for their personal learning within the program.

Reproducing, republishing, reselling, or distributing any program materials — in whole or in part — without explicit written permission from IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is strictly prohibited.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy retains ownership of its branding, curriculum, training materials, lesson structures, session content, coding prompts, instructional videos, design templates, graphics, demonstrations, and all other proprietary educational content. This includes cohort guides, session recordings, downloadable resources, and program-specific materials. Academy content is for enrolled students’ personal educational use only and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or republished without written permission. For full details, see Section 35: Training Materials, Cohort Content & Session Usage Policy.

Projects that students build during the program are their own intellectual property. Students retain full ownership of the websites and code they create.

7. Payment Terms

Program fees are clearly stated on the enrollment page and must be paid in full prior to the start of your cohort. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Enrollment fees become non-refundable once access to the program, materials, or live sessions has started. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

All prices are listed in USD. By submitting payment, you authorize IntelliTalent AI Web Academy to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to suspend access to program resources until the matter is resolved.

8. Enrollment Policies & Cancellation

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Confirmed students receive a welcome email within 24 hours containing class access information, setup instructions, and the class schedule.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled class start date to be eligible for any consideration. Submit requests by email from the address used during enrollment, including your full name and program name.

No refunds will be issued once access to the program, materials, or live sessions has started — regardless of attendance or continued participation. No refund will be provided if a student decides to stop participating after enrollment or after classes begin.

Enrollment transfers to a future cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on class availability. Transfers are not guaranteed and are generally not permitted after a cohort has started.

Enrollment spots are limited. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to decline enrollment or remove students who violate these terms.

For Teen Bootcamp enrollment, a parent or legal guardian must complete and submit the enrollment form and provide acknowledgment of consent on behalf of the minor student.

By completing enrollment, students acknowledge that access to academy training materials, cohort guides, session recordings, and program resources is granted for personal educational use during the program only. Enrolled students may not redistribute, resell, or share paid academy content outside the program. This is part of your enrollment agreement with IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

9. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for providing their own working computer (laptop or desktop), a reliable internet connection sufficient for video conferencing, and any required accounts including GitHub and VS Code.

Students are encouraged to use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT throughout the bootcamp — free plans are available. The academy does not control third-party pricing, plan availability, or service changes.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by a student's hardware, software, or internet connection. Technical issues on the student's end are not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis for program-related tools.

10. Third-Party Software & Subscription Responsibility

Students are responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining their own accounts on all third-party platforms and services used during the program. These may include GitHub, ChatGPT, Claude, VS Code, and other optional AI development tools or services.

Many of these platforms offer free plans, student plans, or trial access. Some features or tools may require optional paid subscriptions that are managed entirely by the student or parent — not by IntelliTalent AI Web Academy. The academy does not manage, pay for, or reimburse any third-party subscription fees.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for third-party subscription fees, billing decisions, account access issues, pricing changes, free trial availability, or external platform service interruptions. Students and parents are encouraged to review each platform's current pricing and terms independently before and during enrollment.

The academy does not control the pricing, subscription models, free tier availability, or policy changes of any third-party service. Students are solely responsible for reviewing third-party costs, managing their own subscriptions, canceling any optional services they no longer wish to use, and maintaining their own login credentials.

11. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to: complete assigned work between sessions, attend all scheduled online sessions with appropriate focus and engagement, reach out for help when stuck rather than falling behind, treat classmates and instructors respectfully, and represent the academy professionally when sharing projects publicly.

Students are responsible for attending scheduled online sessions. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to modify schedules if necessary, and students will be notified of any significant changes via the email used during enrollment.

Completion of the program requires active participation. Students who do not engage with the material, attend classes, or complete projects will not receive a certificate of completion.

12. Limitation of Liability

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy provides educational services on an 'as-is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliTalent AI Web Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the program.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program in the three months preceding the claim.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for any loss of data, technical failures, internet outages, or disruption of third-party services including GitHub or Zoom.

13. Privacy & Data

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described therein.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Parent and student contact information for Teen Bootcamp enrollments is kept confidential and used only for program-related communications.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If you have questions about these terms, please contact us at the email address listed on our Contact page.

15. AI Tools & ChatGPT

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy teaches students how to use modern AI tools — including ChatGPT and other AI technologies — for educational and creative web development purposes.

Students and parents/guardians acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, inappropriate results, incomplete information, or coding mistakes. Students are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and properly using AI-generated content before publishing or submitting it.

Students and parents/guardians are responsible for how AI tools are used outside of the academy environment. Parents or guardians acknowledge that artificial intelligence technologies are evolving tools and that students are responsible for using these technologies appropriately, safely, ethically, and responsibly.

16. AI Limitation of Liability

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is an educational platform and is not responsible for damages, losses, decisions, actions, misuse of AI-generated content, coding errors, online activities, or consequences resulting from the use of artificial intelligence tools, ChatGPT, third-party software, or any generated content.

This limitation applies to: AI-generated code; AI-generated recommendations; website publishing; student-created content; online interactions; third-party AI platforms; generated images, text, or code; and business or financial decisions made using AI-generated information.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is also not responsible for internet outages, hardware failures, browser compatibility issues, software conflicts, third-party platform outages, device performance issues, or technical setup problems experienced on the student's side.

17. Student Content Responsibility

Students are solely responsible for content they create, publish, share, upload, deploy, or distribute using skills or tools learned through IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for student-created content, published websites, social media posts, or any other content produced by students using academy-taught skills or tools.

Students agree not to create, publish, or distribute content that is harmful, hateful, illegal, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

18. Age Requirement & Parental Permission

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy programs are designed for students ages 16–18 unless otherwise specified. Students under 18 should have parent or guardian permission before enrolling.

For Teen Bootcamp enrollments, a parent or legal guardian must complete and submit the enrollment form and provide acknowledgment of consent on behalf of the minor student.

By completing enrollment for a student under 18, the parent or guardian confirms they have reviewed these terms, consent to their child's participation, and accept responsibility for the student's online conduct and safe use of all tools introduced during the program.

19. Competition Rules & Fairness

The IntelliTalent AI Web Academy Showcase Competition is open to all enrolled students in good standing. Students submit their completed website projects after Session 3 and present them during Session 4.

Judging criteria may include creativity, effort, design quality, originality, presentation, and overall project execution. All submitted projects must be the student's own original work. Plagiarism or copying another student's project is not permitted and may result in disqualification.

Up to three winners may be selected per cohort depending on participation levels. Prize structure may vary depending on cohort enrollment. Final judging decisions are made at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to modify competition rules, prize structure, or judging criteria when necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

20. Student Safety & Online Interactions

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy does not recommend that students share personal contact information — including phone numbers, home addresses, social media accounts, or personal emails — publicly or with individuals they meet through the academy.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy does not recommend in-person meetings between students or third parties connected through the academy. Parents or guardians should supervise online interactions when appropriate.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for personal interactions, communications, exchanges of contact information, online behavior, social media interactions, Discord or chat platform interactions, or in-person meetings between students or third parties.

21. Attendance Expectations

Students should attend all live sessions prepared, on time, and with the required tools and software set up in advance. Active participation is strongly encouraged for the best learning experience.

Students who miss more than three sessions may be removed from the cohort without a refund. Missed sessions are covered by session recordings, which are made available to enrolled students within 24 hours of each class.

If a student needs to miss a session, please notify the instructor in advance whenever possible so we can support continued progress.

22. Device & Browser Recommendations

For the best experience in IntelliTalent AI Web Academy programs, students should use a laptop or desktop computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux) with a stable internet connection suitable for video conferencing.

Recommended browser: Google Chrome (latest version). Keeping your browser and operating system updated to current versions is recommended for full compatibility with all tools used in the program.

While the program can be completed on most modern computers, tablet-only or mobile-only setups are not recommended as the primary development environment.

23. No Guarantee Disclaimer

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy provides educational learning experiences and skill development only. The academy does not guarantee employment, internships, freelance contracts, business success, financial success, income generation, website traffic, social media growth, AI-generated outcomes, coding mastery, or any specific future results.

Results vary based on individual effort, prior background, personal decisions, and market conditions. Skills learned through the academy are tools for personal growth and creative development — their application and outcomes are the student's own responsibility.

24. Cybersecurity & Responsible Technology Use

Academy tools, skills, and technologies must be used responsibly, ethically, legally, and for educational purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited: hacking or attempting unauthorized access to any system, website, or account; creating or distributing malware, phishing content, harmful scripts, or malicious software; exploiting, disrupting, or attempting to compromise any platform, service, or technology; engaging in any illegal online activities or cyber abuse; and using academy-taught skills to harm, deceive, or exploit others.

Students found using academy tools or skills for malicious, illegal, or harmful purposes may be removed from the program without refund and reported to appropriate authorities if required by law.

26. Responsible AI Usage, AI Images, AI Voice & AI Content Safety Policy

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is committed to teaching students how to use artificial intelligence technologies — including text, image, voice, audio, and code AI tools — responsibly, creatively, ethically, and professionally. AI tools are an exciting, powerful part of modern web development, and using them well means using them thoughtfully and safely. All AI tools introduced during the program are intended for educational learning, creative portfolio development, innovation, and professional showcase projects only.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE OF AI TOOLS: Students are encouraged to explore AI tools for building websites, generating code, writing content, creating designs, producing audio, and bringing creative ideas to life. AI is a tool — and like any tool, its value depends on how responsibly and thoughtfully it is used. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy celebrates creativity, innovation, and original thinking. Students are expected to review, personalize, and take ownership of all AI-assisted work they create.

PROHIBITED AI-GENERATED CONTENT: Students may not create, generate, upload, publish, submit, display, share, deploy, or distribute any AI-generated content — including text, images, video, voice, audio, or code — that includes: pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material; adult content of any kind; graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery; self-harm content or depictions of dangerous activities; illegal activities or instructions for illegal behavior; hate speech, racist content, or discriminatory material; bullying, harassment, or threatening content; extremist, violent, or radicalization content; harmful health or safety misinformation; deepfakes, impersonations, or fake identity media; misleading or deceptive AI-generated media of any kind; scams, phishing pages, or fraudulent content; malicious code, hacking-related content, or malware; inappropriate AI-generated conversations or abusive language; inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe AI-generated voice or audio recordings; or any other offensive, disturbing, or unsafe material. This policy applies to all academy projects, competition submissions, live sessions, community platforms, and public websites created during or after the program.

AI IMAGE & VIDEO CONTENT STANDARDS: All AI-generated images, artwork, graphics, animations, and visual media created as part of academy projects must remain educational, respectful, and appropriate for a student learning environment. Students may not create or include: inappropriate or explicit AI-generated images; harmful or offensive AI-generated artwork; fake celebrity or public figure impersonations; fake student or peer impersonations; deceptively edited photos or media; or AI-generated visual content that would be considered unsafe or inappropriate for a school-age audience. All visual media included in student projects, competition submissions, or public websites should be suitable for educational showcase and professional portfolio presentation.

AI VOICE, AUDIO & VOICE-ENABLED TECHNOLOGY POLICY: AI voice tools, voice-enabled AI assistants, text-to-speech technologies, AI audio generation platforms, and voice synthesis tools may be introduced or referenced during the program for educational and creative purposes. Students may use AI voice technologies for learning, creative projects, and portfolio development only. All AI-generated voice and audio content must remain educational, respectful, and appropriate for a student learning environment. Students may NOT create, generate, share, upload, publish, or distribute: inappropriate or explicit AI-generated voice content; adult or offensive audio recordings; fake celebrity, teacher, or peer voice impersonations; deceptive AI voice clones designed to mislead or deceive; threatening, bullying, or harassing audio content; hate speech, discriminatory, or abusive audio material; harmful, misleading, or scam-related voice recordings; or any unsafe, illegal, or malicious AI-generated audio content of any kind. AI voice tools must be used responsibly, ethically, respectfully, and professionally at all times.

VOICE CLONING & IMPERSONATION POLICY: Students may not use AI tools to clone, mimic, impersonate, or replicate the voice of any real person — including celebrities, instructors, classmates, or any other individual — without their explicit permission. Creating deceptive AI voice clones, generating fake identities using synthesized voices, or producing misleading AI-generated audio recordings that misrepresent real individuals is strictly prohibited. Voice technologies should be used only for original, creative, educational, and ethical purposes. Respectful and ethical use of all AI voice technologies is required at all times throughout the program.

AI PROMPT SAFETY: Students should use AI prompts that are educational, creative, professional, and respectful. Students should avoid crafting prompts that attempt to generate: harmful, explicit, or disturbing content; dangerous instructions or illegal activities; harassment directed at real people; offensive or abusive material; malicious software or hacking scripts; scams, phishing content, or deceptive media; or inappropriate voice, audio, or speech content. If an AI tool unexpectedly produces inappropriate or unsafe output of any kind, students should not publish or share that content and should report it to their instructor. Students are encouraged to approach AI responsibly and to think critically about the content they generate and share.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR AI-GENERATED CONTENT: Students are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and thoughtfully using all AI-generated content — including text, images, voice, audio, code, and media — before publishing, submitting, or sharing it. AI tools may produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inappropriate, or incorrect. Students should never publish AI-generated content without reviewing and understanding it first. Students and parents/guardians are responsible for all AI-generated voice, audio, recordings, and media students create, publish, upload, share, or distribute. Submitting entirely AI-generated work without meaningful student effort, creative input, or personal contribution is discouraged and will be considered during competition judging.

THIRD-PARTY AI PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: AI tools used during the program — including ChatGPT, image generation platforms, AI voice tools, text-to-speech services, voice-enabled AI assistants, and other third-party AI services — are independent technologies developed and operated by external companies. Each platform has its own terms of service, content moderation policies, usage limitations, and content behaviors. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy does not control, and is not responsible for, outputs generated by any third-party AI tools — including AI-generated voice, audio, images, text, or code. Students and parents/guardians are encouraged to review the terms and safety guidelines of any AI platform they use.

SAFE DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP & ONLINE SAFETY: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy encourages all students to practice responsible digital citizenship throughout the program and in all online activity. Students are encouraged to: protect their personal privacy and avoid sharing personal information online unnecessarily; avoid clicking suspicious links or downloading files from unknown sources; be aware of online scams, phishing attempts, and social engineering tactics; use AI voice, image, and text tools ethically and responsibly; communicate respectfully and professionally in all digital spaces; and apply the skills and knowledge learned during the academy to build things that are helpful, creative, and meaningful.

PARENT & GUARDIAN GUIDANCE: Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay engaged with their child’s learning journey, supervise AI tool usage — including AI voice and audio tools — and online activity when appropriate, review student-created websites and projects before public sharing, and reach out to IntelliTalent AI Web Academy with any questions or concerns about AI tools, voice technologies, content, or online safety. We are committed to creating a safe, educational, and empowering experience for every student.

ACADEMY MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to remove inappropriate projects or content — including AI-generated voice and audio content — from the academy showcase; reject or disqualify competition submissions that violate this policy; moderate and remove content from community platforms, chats, and communication channels; suspend or revoke a student’s access to academy resources; remove students from the program for violations of this AI Content Safety Policy; and take any reasonable steps necessary to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful educational environment. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the academy without refund. All moderation and enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy. Our goal is always to support a positive, creative, and safe learning community for every student.

27. Website Deployment Responsibility

Students are solely responsible for the websites, content, domains, projects, code, and public materials they publish, deploy, or distribute using skills or tools learned through IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

By publishing a website or project, students accept full responsibility for all content within it, including compliance with applicable laws, copyright requirements, and community standards. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for student-deployed websites, their content, or any consequences arising from their publication.

28. Community & Chat Moderation Rights

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to moderate chats, community platforms, and communication channels associated with the academy — including Discord, group chats, or any future community platforms introduced during or after the program.

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy may remove inappropriate messages or content, suspend or remove participants who violate community guidelines, and take any reasonable action necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment.

29. Academy Rights & Termination Policy

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to remove students, suspend access, revoke participation, reject projects, or disqualify competition entries for policy violations, inappropriate behavior, unsafe conduct, or misuse of academy technologies, AI tools, or resources.

Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy. Students removed for conduct or policy violations are not eligible for a refund. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for every student and instructor.

30. Force Majeure & Platform Outages

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for interruptions to the program caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform downtime (GitHub, ChatGPT, Zoom, etc.), power outages, natural disasters, emergencies, hosting service interruptions, or other technical disruptions.

In the event of significant disruptions, IntelliTalent AI Web Academy will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions or communicate alternative arrangements as quickly as possible.

31. Policy Update Rights

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, competition rules, curriculum, schedules, pricing, and program content at any time when necessary.

Continued enrollment and participation following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage students and parents/guardians to review our policies periodically to stay informed.

32. Originality, Creativity & Academic Integrity Policy

IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is a creative, innovation-focused learning community. We believe that the most rewarding part of learning to build websites is the opportunity to express your own ideas, personality, and creativity. Every student brings something unique — and we celebrate that. This policy exists not to restrict students, but to protect the creativity and hard work of every learner in the program.

ORIGINALITY & STUDENT WORK: Students are expected to create their own original projects, designs, layouts, prompts, and ideas throughout the academy. While students are welcome to draw inspiration from examples, tutorials, classmates, and online resources — as all great creators do — submitted projects, competition entries, and showcase work should reflect each student’s own original effort, creative decisions, and personal expression. Creativity does not mean perfection. It means making something your own.

COPYING & PLAGIARISM POLICY: Students may not directly copy another student’s website, duplicate another student’s project structure or design intentionally, steal prompts or creative work from classmates, submit copied or largely reproduced projects as their own original work, plagiarize code, layouts, images, or written content from other students, or use AI tools to intentionally recreate or duplicate another student’s project. Inspiration and shared learning are encouraged and celebrated — direct copying is not. Students are encouraged to develop their own voice, style, and creative approach throughout the program.

AI TOOLS & ORIGINALITY: Students are encouraged to use AI tools — such as ChatGPT and Claude — for learning, brainstorming, coding assistance, idea generation, and creative inspiration. AI tools are powerful creative partners. At the same time, students should personalize, customize, and thoughtfully build upon AI-generated suggestions to make their projects genuinely their own. AI assistance should support a student’s creativity — not replace it. Students are responsible for understanding and taking ownership of the work they submit. Using AI tools to duplicate, recreate, or closely copy another student’s project is not permitted.

COMPETITION FAIRNESS & ORIGINALITY: Competition submissions should reflect each student’s own creativity, effort, originality, and personal learning progress. Judges value creative thinking, genuine effort, and individual expression — not technical perfection. Projects that are found to be directly copied, closely duplicated from another student’s work, or submitted without meaningful original contribution may be disqualified. Originality, creative effort, and personal expression are considered during competition judging. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to request revisions, reject submissions, or disqualify entries that do not meet originality standards.

COLLABORATION & PEER LEARNING: Students are warmly encouraged to help each other learn, share ideas respectfully, ask questions, offer encouragement, and collaborate during class discussions and learning activities. Peer support and community are core values of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy. At the same time, each student should complete their own final projects, build their own designs, and submit their own original work. Collaboration during learning is celebrated — submitting someone else’s work as your own is not.

ACADEMY RIGHTS & INTEGRITY ENFORCEMENT: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to review project submissions for originality; request revisions or additional context from students regarding their work; reject or disqualify projects found to be copied, plagiarized, or lacking original student contribution; remove submissions from the showcase or competition for integrity violations; and suspend participation for repeated or serious violations of this policy. Violations may result in removal from the academy or competition without refund. All decisions are made thoughtfully and at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

OUR CREATIVE PHILOSOPHY: We believe creativity matters more than perfection, learning matters more than copying, and innovation matters more than duplication. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is a place where students build real things, develop real skills, and grow into real creators. Every project — whether simple or complex — has value when it represents genuine effort and original thinking. We are here to support and celebrate every student’s creative journey.

33. Wellness, Responsible Technology Usage & Educational Purpose Disclaimer

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is an educational learning platform. The academy teaches students modern AI tools, website creation, creative coding workflows, and digital technology skills. The academy does not provide — and is not a substitute for — medical services, mental health services, psychological services, counseling, therapy, emotional support services, psychiatric services, healthcare treatment, crisis support, or professional medical or mental health advice of any kind. All academy content, AI tools, demonstrations, projects, discussions, and educational materials are intended for educational, creative, portfolio development, and professional learning purposes only. Students or families seeking mental health, medical, or professional support are encouraged to contact qualified professionals.

RESPONSIBLE AI & TECHNOLOGY USAGE: Students should use AI tools, online technologies, voice-enabled AI systems, image generation tools, coding assistants, and digital platforms responsibly, ethically, legally, and safely throughout the program. AI-generated content — including code, text, images, audio, and recommendations — may occasionally contain inaccurate information, incomplete results, coding errors, unintended outputs, unexpected responses, hallucinated information, inappropriate content, or incorrect recommendations. Students are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and thoughtfully using all AI-generated content before publishing, submitting, or sharing it. AI tools should be used for educational, creative, and professional purposes only. Students should avoid harmful prompts, unsafe AI usage patterns, or attempts to generate inappropriate content through any AI system.

MENTAL WELLNESS & TECHNOLOGY BALANCE: Online learning, artificial intelligence technologies, coding activities, creative projects, social interactions, competitions, and digital platforms may affect individuals differently. Students and parents/guardians are responsible for determining whether participation in the academy is appropriate for their personal needs, circumstances, comfort levels, learning styles, and overall wellbeing. IntelliTalent AI Web Academy is not responsible for emotional reactions, technology-related stress, frustration, anxiety, online experiences, social interactions, AI-generated outputs, or personal consequences related to participation in the program or the use of academy materials, AI tools, or digital technologies. Students are encouraged to take healthy breaks, maintain balanced screen-time habits, step away from technology when needed, and prioritize their personal wellbeing throughout the program.

PARENT & GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY: Parents and guardians of minor students are responsible for supervising their child’s participation in the academy when appropriate, monitoring online activity, AI tool usage, and social interactions during and outside of program hours, reviewing third-party platform usage, and determining whether academy participation and the AI technologies introduced during the program are appropriate for their student. By enrolling a minor student, parents and guardians confirm they have reviewed these terms, consent to their child’s participation, and accept shared responsibility for their student’s safe and appropriate use of all tools, platforms, and technologies introduced during the academy.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: Platforms and services used during the program — including ChatGPT, GitHub, Zoom, AI image tools, AI voice tools, third-party coding tools, communication platforms, and payment processors — are independently operated third-party services. 35. Training Materials, Cohort Content & Session Usage Policy

ABOUT THIS POLICY: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy creates and delivers original educational content — including training materials, cohort guides, session curricula, coding prompts, project templates, live demonstrations, recorded sessions, downloadable resources, and program-specific learning materials — for the benefit of enrolled students. This policy exists to protect the integrity of that content, support student privacy, and maintain the quality of the learning experience for every cohort.

INTENDED USE OF ACADEMY CONTENT: All training materials, cohort content, session recordings, curriculum guides, project prompts, code templates, lesson structures, demonstrations, instructional videos, and resources provided by IntelliTalent AI Web Academy are intended exclusively for enrolled students participating in the program. These materials are designed to support your personal learning journey, help you build real skills, and guide you through each session of the academy.

PERMITTED USE: Enrolled students are encouraged to take personal notes, save and review session materials, and actively use all academy content to support their own learning and project development throughout the program. Students may build, practice, and create their own original projects using skills and concepts learned through the academy. Sharing general excitement about the program, highlighting personal learning milestones, and showcasing your own original projects publicly is warmly encouraged.

REDISTRIBUTION RESTRICTIONS: To protect paid program content, student privacy, and the educational integrity of the academy, enrolled students may not: publicly repost, redistribute, or republish paid training materials, cohort guides, or session content; share or upload private cohort session recordings publicly or with individuals outside the program; distribute class access links, session passwords, or join information with unauthorized individuals; resell, relicense, or commercially redistribute any academy curriculum, templates, prompts, or instructional content; upload academy materials to third-party platforms, public repositories, social media, or file-sharing services without written permission; copy or recreate academy lesson structures, curriculum flows, or course architecture for commercial purposes; or share private class interactions, student work, or confidential cohort discussions publicly without the consent of the individuals involved.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy retains full ownership of its branding, curriculum, training materials, lesson structures, session content, coding prompts, instructional videos, design templates, graphics, demonstrations, and all other proprietary academy content. All academy materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Academy content may not be copied, modified, redistributed, sold, or republished without explicit written permission from IntelliTalent AI Web Academy. This policy does not restrict students from building and publishing their own original projects inspired by what they have learned — personal creative work and skill application are always encouraged.

STUDENT PRIVACY & RESPECTFUL SHARING: Students and families are asked to be mindful of the privacy of fellow classmates and instructors. Students should not record live sessions without permission from the instructor; share screenshots, recordings, or private class interactions publicly without the consent of those involved; repost or distribute private student work, project feedback, or personal information shared during class; or share contact information or personal details of other students publicly. Respecting the privacy of your classmates helps create a safe, trusting, and supportive learning community for everyone.

ACADEMY RIGHTS & ENFORCEMENT: IntelliTalent AI Web Academy reserves the right to remove or request removal of unauthorized shared content identified online or on third-party platforms; revoke access to academy resources for students who misuse, redistribute, or improperly share program content; restrict continued participation for repeated violations of this policy; and take reasonable steps to protect academy intellectual property, student privacy, and the integrity of the program. Violations of this policy may result in removal from the academy without refund. All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

37. Responsible Project Usage

Projects, assignments, and class activities completed during IntelliTalent AI Web Academy programs must remain appropriate, educational, respectful, and safe at all times. The academy is designed to be a creative, positive, and inclusive learning environment — and student projects are a meaningful reflection of that community. We celebrate creativity, originality, and thoughtful innovation in every project students build.

APPROPRIATE PROJECT CONTENT: All projects, assignments, class activities, competition submissions, and shared student work must be designed for educational, creative, professional portfolio, or skill-development purposes. Students are expected to approach every project with professionalism, care, and a commitment to creating something they can be proud of. Projects should be appropriate for an educational setting and suitable for professional showcase and portfolio presentation.

PROHIBITED PROJECT CONTENT: The following types of content are not permitted in any student project, assignment, class activity, or submission: excessive violence or graphic content; harmful, dangerous, or threatening material; inappropriate or explicit content of any kind; unsafe simulations or activities; hate speech or discriminatory material; harassment or bullying directed at any individual or group; illegal activities or instructions for unlawful behavior; malicious code, hacking tools, phishing content, or security-exploiting software; scams, deceptive media, or fraudulent content; and non-educational activities that are inconsistent with the academy's learning objectives, community guidelines, and educational values.

ACADEMY REVIEW & ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS: IntelliTalent Academy reserves the right to review student projects, assignments, and class activities at any time. The academy may reject, remove, request revision of, or discontinue any project, submission, or class activity deemed unsafe, inappropriate, offensive, harmful, or inconsistent with the academy's educational standards and values. Projects that violate this policy may be disqualified from competitions, removed from the academy showcase, or result in suspension or removal from the program without refund. All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of IntelliTalent AI Web Academy.

STUDENT AND PARENT RESPONSIBILITY: Students are responsible for ensuring that all projects and activities they create, submit, publish, or share during the program comply with this policy, the academy's community guidelines, applicable laws, and the content standards outlined throughout these Terms and Conditions. Parents and guardians of minor students are encouraged to stay engaged with their child's project development and to reach out to the academy at any time with questions or concerns.

OUR APPROACH: We believe every student has the creativity and potential to build something genuinely meaningful.
